Five Thunder Kuen school teaches Hung Gar. The art combines the key attributes and essence of the following arts :- * Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu (Shaolin Temple) * Traditional Dim Mak for wellbeing and destruction * Chinese Kick Boxing Five Thunder Kuen uses traditional training methods from Shaolin Temple as a basis and foundation to build upon. We then move into age appropriate training to teach the arts as they were meant to be, ultimately combining the mind body as one. Monday 7pm - 9pm Testwood School Wednesday 7.30pm - 9.00pm Testwood School Thursday 6.30-8.30pm Colbury Memorial Hall
